Making A Purchase

Step 1:  If you see something you would like to buy from our shop please enter the quantity of the item you require, and then click on "Add to Basket." After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout." You will then be asked to enter your details for us to be able to complete your order. WE NORMALLY ONLY DELIVER TO ADDRESSES IN THE UK, PLEASE EMAIL FOR DETAILS OF DELIVERIES TO OTHER DESTINATIONS.

Step 2:  We take payment by Paypal or most credit & debit cards by telephone.  Goods remain the property of Absolute Snugs until payment is made in full.

Step 3:  You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order by email.

If after placing your order, you realise you have made a mistake, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone.

 

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch your order within 2-5 working days, if your product choice is in stock.  If there is to be any serious delay we will inform you of when we will be able to despatch your order and the reason for the delay.  However, if we have to order your product choice from Australia, you should receive your order within 2/3 weeks.

 

Guarantee

Customers are requested to check all goods at the time of delivery. The delivery or carrier's note should be signed noting any shortages or damage. All packaging and damages must be retained for inspection in the event of any claim. We must have confirmation of any damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery, either by telephone or email.

 

Sales Prices

Items with a discounted price are subject to availability and not all sizes / colours may be available. Where products contain fur, due to the nature of the manufacturing processes, slight colour variances may exist within the fur from those displayed. They will be bought as seen and if you have any questions - Absolute Snugs must be notified within 14 days.

 

Returns Policy

For online orders:

If on receiving your order, the boots are not as described or faulty, you must notify us in writing by letter or email, stating the reason you are unhappy with the purchase and within 28 days of the delivery date. All goods must be returned to Absolute Snugs undamaged, unworn and in the original wrapping with all labels attached at your own expense. Upon safe receipt of the returned goods and at the discretion of Absolute Snugs a refund to the value of the goods will be made, less an administration fee of £10.00. Initial carriage costs will not be refunded.

For all other purchases:

Facebook Application

We use a Facebook application to validate who has liked our Facebook page at facebook.com/absolutesnugs. Using this data we sometimes offer discounts to those people who have liked us.
